I mentioned toward the end of my “Image” blog post that my closet doesn’t tell lies when it comes to brands I like to represent. Some of the brands I own clothing from have titles that need a little dissecting when it comes to understanding what exactly their titles mean, and I kind of explain what they are.
I decided to take a few selfies of clothes yesterday from my closet of the clothing brands that represent my personality. I don’t know exactly why I feel compelled to share this, but I’m doing it anyway.
Follow @HeartBeatFaster on Instagram for this one reason: the founder posts fun photos like this one for #MotivationalMonday:
…and he (Dave) is an independent small business owner who is originally from Minnesota, but found himself at Utah. How I ran into him?
He creates one surfboard every year for the Switchfoot BroAm from scratch and it usually goes for around $3,000.
I’ve been the BroAm not once but twice.
Here Dave is with Jon Foreman, lead singer/guitarist/singer of Switchfoot:
At the end of the work week, he makes Monday’s more fun with these creative posts:

…and another one:
To Write Love On Her Arms, also known as TWLOHA, is a non-profit based out of Melbourne, FL and Jon Foreman sings solos and partners with other musicians to raise awareness about this event that sheds light on the idea that we’re all on Earth for the same reason: To find our purpose.
Along the way, darks days roll in because they do happen.

It’s hard to talk about these things but TWOLA is a net that be there to listen if you need someone to listen.
My relationship with this band is getting complicated though it may not look that way:
L to R: Drew, Tim, Me, Jerome, Chad, Jon.
This T-shirt represents so many things for those knows what exactly this top was created, but it’s actually a brand new business that a gal I know founded and if you woulda told her five years why she’d own it she’d be very, very confused. Check it out and while you’re in the process help a human out.
Then, there’s the one T-shirt that has seen better days and I rarely wear it out in public because the cotton is showing signs of aging. You know what I mean. But, I love it and well, DUH?! I’m a blogger.
What swag do you have?
Stand, but don’t stay in the middle,
